ALFRED "Fred" Grant – President- CEO, Director

 

Fred oversees the Company's Operations and Sales Management utilizing a strategic controlled growth plan. In addition, Fred will evaluate and implement structural changes to qualify the Company for FHA Direct Endorsed Lender status, as well as utilize established mortgage industry contacts to attract institutional investors able to contribute to FHC’s expansion into additional markets.

Fred is a recognized mortgage banking and real estate industry professional with over 39 years’ experience in the industry, having successfully led financial operations through a variety of economic conditions. Prior to forming FHC, Fred has run his own mortgage company, in addition to holding senior executive level positions in companies overseeing loan origination's, correspondent lending, as well as heading a company specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the real estate, construction, and the mortgage banking industries.

 

Fred is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Nevada Since 1989 and Founder of the Financial Services Institute of Mortgage Lending, one of the first mortgage consultant schools licensed in California. As a published author, Fred also is a licensed FHA, Direct Endorsed Underwriter. He earned A B.S. in Economics and Finance and a Graduate Degree in Business Management.

Angelina Whittington –  Chief Counsel - Director

Angelina M. Whittington, Esq., has extensive experience in representing both private and   public corporations as general counsel. She has served for decades as outside general litigation counsel for several large publicly traded and privately held corporations.

She has a unique background in the real estate industry, representing private hedge funds and high net worth individuals in their successful efforts to take advantage of the downturn in the real estate market and to grow their holdings exponentially over the last ten (10) years. She is an aggressive and experienced trial lawyer and negotiator. She is results oriented and as a testament to her success, she has maintained most of her clients over twenty (20) years.

 

Attorney Whittington graduated from University of Florida College of Law in 1994, summa cum laude, was Order of the Coif, and has served in various officer positions, nationally, for the American Bar Association and locally for the Federal Bar Association. She volunteers her time for children in need, working closely with a variety of children focused charities.
